Meet Your Baker

Chelsea (Chels) McMillan is a woman who knows her way around a kitchen. Born and raised in a small town, Quincy, FL. she gets her love of cooking and baking from her Granny Hilda and Granny Lottie.

With over 12 years in the restaurant industry, she decided in 2021 that it was time to take her love and knowledge she has from being in the kitchen, and start her own business.
